Track Your Order

Most OKclever orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, and every parcel leaves with a tracking number. Here's how to follow yours from the day it ships to the day it reaches your door.
You'll enter your tracking number on the next page.
Where to find your tracking number
Your tracking number is issued by the carrier, so it looks nothing like your order number. It appears in three places:
- Your shipping confirmation email. Sent the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse — the tracking number sits near the top, usually as a clickable link.
- Your customer account. Sign in, open the order, and the tracking details appear under the shipping information.
- From us. If the email never arrived (check your spam folder first), send us your order number and we'll pull the tracking up for you.
What each tracking status means
- Label created / Pre-transit — your order is packed and the label is printed. The carrier hasn't scanned the parcel yet.
- In transit — the parcel is moving through the carrier's network.
- Out for delivery — it's on the delivery vehicle today.
- Delivered — the carrier marked it as delivered. Check around the property, with neighbours, or with your building's mail room.
- Delivery attempted / Exception — the carrier couldn't complete delivery. They normally leave a notice and try again.
How long delivery takes
These timings match our Shipping Policy:
- Order processing — 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Shipped from our U.S. warehouse — usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipped from our manufacturing facility in China (only when a U.S. item is temporarily out of stock) — usually 15–30 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Estimates can shift because of carrier delays, weather, holidays or customs clearance. The full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Tracking hasn't updated in a few days
In most cases this is normal rather than a problem.
- International parcels pause at the border. If your order shipped from China, tracking often goes quiet for several days during export handling and customs clearance, then picks up again.
- Weekends and holidays don't count. A parcel that ships on Friday can sit untouched until Monday.
- The first scan takes time. A newly printed label can show no movement until the carrier collects it.
- Scans get missed. Parcels do keep moving even when the tracking page looks frozen.
Your order arrived in more than one parcel
Larger orders, or orders that mix in-stock U.S. items with items shipping from our manufacturing facility, can be split into more than one parcel. Each parcel gets its own tracking number, so one may arrive well before the other. If something is missing, check whether the other tracking numbers on your order have already been delivered.
